Ecocobox is a bi-monthly discovery box for mums looking for an excuse for some much needed "me time", while discovering beautiful natural, plant-based and eco-luxe products for themselves and their family. Sound like you? You’re in the right place!

Our subscriptions start at £12.75/month equivalent before postage making ecocobox the cheapest of the Mum & Baby subscriptions on the market!
A full price box is £30 (+P&P) paid every 2 months. Opting to prepay, unlocks savings of you to 15%. A 3 box (6 month) rolling subscription works out as £27 per box (+P&P). A 6 box (Annual) subscription works out as £25.50 per box (+P&P).

You will receive 5+ GORGEOUS products tailored to your motherhood stage from bump, baby and beyond. Box products will vary each time, and will include items from the natural self care, home, beauty and baby marketplace and package it all up to create a treat for you. You can expect to receive at least 5 items to try (minimum 4 full sized) from new and established brands. Typically there would be 1-2 items for bump/baby, and the rest for you mama!

Once into the standard shipping cycle, you will receive your box every 2 months. It is possible that you will receive your second box a little quicker than this, depending on when in the cycle you sign up. You can opt to skip a shipment if you wish, by logging into your account. We take payment on the first of the month in Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec and ship boxes within 5 calendar days of payment.

We aim to ship your first box within 2 working days of your first payment. Following that ecocobox ships bi-monthly, so you will fall in line with our standard payment and shipping schedule after box 1, which is on or soon after the first of the month in Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec. In the event that we sell out of a box run, your payment would be treated as a pre-order for the next box to be released.

Like anything else, you have a right to a refund if you are unhappy with the product you receive. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase to advise of your request for a refund, and return the box with sealed and unused contents, and we will be happy to refund your purchase.

Yes, of course! There is no minimum term and no tie in, so if you decide you no longer wish to receive ecocobox, then you can of course cancel. But you can also opt to skip boxes if you just need a break. Head into your account to administer your subscription. If you have pre-paid for a subscription, you can cancel and your subscription will not renew after the last pre-paid box has been delivered.

If you decide ecocobox isn’t for you, then please contact us via email and return all products in a sealed and unused condition within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue a full refund. Once you have accepted the first box, then the remainder of the subscription is non-refundable.

We are committed to finding beautiful products for everyone, which is why we are committed to seeking ethical and cruelty free. Everything in ecocobox is chosen based on it being plant based, however some brands do use beeswax in other products they sell. Many brands we work with are verified by The Vegan Society, but we also work with smaller brands who couldn’t possibly afford to go through that verification process, but are producing amazing things we think our mamas will love. In those cases, we do our utmost to check ethics and ingredients to make sure products meet our customer’s standards.

We would love to be plastic free, but until the industry catches up a bit, this is an aspiration rather than a reality. We think it is better that we all do zero waste imperfectly rather than simply do nothing at all, and we introduce sustainable lifestyle ideas to our subscribers (i.e. bamboo toothbrushes). We favour glass, paper and plant based packaging, and where plastic appears it will be recyclable. Our boxes are made from recycled/recyclable card, and we use sustainable packaging to protect our products on transit to you.

No, when you opt to buy a gift subscription you will make a one off payment which will not automatically renew.

Yes, and you will be eligible to receive any of the associated discounts you get for paying up front. For example you save 15% by buying 6 boxes up front, and once you have signed up for that method of payment, you will continue to receive that discount at renewal.
